Working Together
Integrative Care - Energetic Balance
Ayurveda is the art of being well. Modern medicine focuses on the protocols and pharmaceuticals they have studied and found effective to heal, or cure illness. Ayurveda's focus is to teach and support efforts to restore and stay healthy through lifestyle and diet.
Ayurvedic care emphasises the importance to maintain the energetic balance we function best with. Modern medicine promotes similiar protocols that may reverse lifestyle imbalances which cause disease or restore those that promote health.
Today, the two disciplines are able to bring the benefits of their knowledge together with an integrative insight that supports the healing process and an overall sense of well-being to those they serve.
